Terms of service

1. Introductory Provisions

These Terms and Conditions govern the rights and obligations between the operator of the e-shop, Junsun Hwang, registered office: Varšavská 715/36, Prague 2, Company ID: 23683597 (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”), and customers (hereinafter referred to as the “Buyer”) when purchasing goods through the online store.

2. Order and Conclusion of the Contract

An order placed through the e-shop is binding. The purchase contract is concluded when the Seller confirms the order.

3. Price and Payment Terms

All prices are stated in CZK, including VAT. The Seller is not VAT registered.
Payment is possible only by credit/debit card via a payment gateway.

4. Delivery Terms

Delivery is provided by Zásilkovna (pickup points within the Czech Republic).

  • Delivery charge: CZK 79

  • Free shipping for orders over CZK 2,500

  • Orders received by midnight (00:00) are dispatched the following working day

  • Standard delivery time is 1–3 working days from dispatch

  • International delivery is not provided

5. Right of Withdrawal from the Contract

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason.
Withdrawal must be notified by e-mail or in writing.
Returned goods must be complete and undamaged.
Opened card packs and custom-made products cannot be returned.
The cost of returning goods is borne by the Buyer. Refunds will be issued within 14 days, using the same payment method as the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.
The Buyer may also use the withdrawal form available on the page “Returns and Complaints.”

6. Complaints and Warranty

The Buyer has the right to claim defects in the goods within 24 months of receipt.
A complaint may be submitted by e-mail or by sending the goods to the Seller’s address, together with a description of the defect and proof of purchase.
The complaint will be handled no later than 30 days after submission.
Within a complaint procedure, the Buyer has the right to demand repair, replacement, a reasonable discount on the price, or a refund of the purchase price.

7. Personal Data Protection

The Seller processes personal data in accordance with GDPR and Czech legal regulations.
The data is used only for order processing and marketing (only with the Buyer’s consent).
The Buyer has the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection (ÚOOÚ).

8. Out-of-Court Dispute Resolution

The Buyer has the right to turn to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (www.coi.cz), which is the competent body for out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes.
The Buyer also has the option to use the European Union online dispute resolution platform, available at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

9. Final Provisions

These Terms and Conditions are valid as of 4 September 2025.
The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions.
