Refund policy
Right of Withdrawal from the Contract
You have the right to withdraw from this contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, please inform us by e-mail or in writing at our address.
Limitations of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for goods that have been opened and thereby diminished in value (e.g., opened packs of cards, torn protective packaging).
The right of withdrawal also does not apply to goods made to order (e.g., playmats or boxes with custom printing).
Procedure for Returning Goods

Goods must be returned undamaged, complete, and preferably in their original packaging.

The cost of returning goods is borne by the buyer.

Refunds will be made within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, by the same method of payment used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

The seller is entitled to withhold the refund until the goods have been received or the buyer has provided proof that the goods have been sent back.
Complaints (Claims)
If a defect appears in the purchased goods (e.g., a manufacturing defect, missing contents), you have the right to make a complaint within 24 months of receipt.
Complaints can be submitted by e-mail or by sending the goods to our address together with a description of the defect and a copy of the proof of purchase.
You will be informed of the outcome of your complaint no later than 30 days after it has been submitted.
