Delivery Terms

Available delivery methods

We offer delivery exclusively through Zásilkovna (pickup points across the Czech Republic).
Personal collection is not available.

Delivery charges

  • Zásilkovna: from CZK 79

  • Free shipping on orders over CZK 2,500.

Delivery time

  • The standard delivery time within the Czech Republic is 1–3 working days from the dispatch of the order.

  • Orders received by midnight (00:00) are dispatched the following working day.

  • International delivery is not provided.

Payment methods

  • Credit/debit card (via payment gateway)

  • No other payment methods are supported.

Additional information

After your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation including a tracking number.

Responsibility for delivery

The seller is responsible for the goods until they are received by the buyer.
In case of a damaged parcel or any other delivery issues, please contact us immediately.

Possible delays

Delivery times are indicative. In exceptional cases (e.g. public holidays, adverse weather, carrier operational issues), delivery may take longer.
